Returns
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@roseliu.com.au or call us at +61 483 968 293.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If you purchase a product using a gift card and wish to return the item, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit or another gift card.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used on any products available on our website.

Shipping
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
